Always the most kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very patient, and they make you feel like you are their best customer. The pieces and prices are, as always, amazing. We loooove outlet shops. This place is worth checking out if you need to step out of the rain or if it is too hot or too cold because they have it climate controlled in here. Holla. Plus the employees smile at you and they are willing to help you find items. There are lots of items here. We even touched a few.

Very nice, friendly store. True outlet with major discounts on merchandise. Note this merchandise maybe from last season!

Just learned on my last visit that all the discounted merchandise is not returnable AND not exchangeable. Only the full-priced stuff is returnable. So if you're buying someone a gift and you're not sure they're going to want it, you might want to buy something full price, and let the recipient go back to the store and shop the discounted items. Staff is very friendly and helpful
