I come here to launch my boat at their public ramp to access the Chickahominy River. Nice boat ramp and what seems to be a nice campground as well. I noticed they are doing some major upgrades to the grounds and waterfront. Should be really nice come warmer months.

Highly recommend this quiet little campground. They have full and partial hook-up for campers/RVs. They also have standard camp sites. Easy access to the river. You can use the fishing pier location to walk kayaks into the river or the boat ramp. Beautiful area to go kayaking around! Find the little Creek by the boat ramp. You will see the most unique thing! Hundreds and hundreds of crabs right along the shore at medium to low tide. They make the neatest sound when they are all running for the reeds

It's a campground with public access to the river. Nice long dock for fishing. Not a ton to do here. The back area had a quiet area overlooking the water with a little dock . Peaceful. They have a pool too not sure if it's for public or the campers.

Perfect place to go fishing and to camp. There are so many activities that you could do when you are in the area. The Cap to Cap trail is right next to the park and is perfect for biking! I would highly recommend the park!

It is a beautiful place, pool was already closed for the season, but very nice, only issue was the proximity from hookups to where they are located on a rig... showers were sufficient... We will go back if we come back to the area!
