Highly recommend! Had new front brakes installed by a different auto repair shop in North Adams. The next day on my drive to Northampton one of my brakes began to rattle so loudly I was afraid the new parts I just paid for were about to fall off as I was driving! Pulled into the first auto repair shop I could find, which happened to be Cicky's Garage. They immediately took my car in to look for the source of the rattling and were able to find the issue and fix it in less than 15 minutes. They didn't charge me. They were also very kind and helpful by explaining that the issue was missing caliber bolts. If I ever move to this area, I'm taking my car here!

If I could give more stars I would. The team at Cichy's is next level. They are so quick and respectful. John and the rest of the team goes above and beyond to make sure that you understand what they are doing and charge a more than fair price! I have taken many cars there and recommend them to all of my friends and family. If you're looking for a good mechanic look no further. It may seem like a bit of a drive but I promise you it worth it. They are the best in Western Mass!

I had a bad experience Chichy's. My daughter had a breakdown driving my car and it was towed there. They told me I needed a new alternator and starter. I told them I'd get back to them in the morning. I called back the next morning after verifying both parts were still under warranty, and told them I was having the car towed back to a local garage that had serviced it (Pelham Auto, highly recommended). They told me they had already replaced the alternator, so I paid them 600 for the work and asked for the alternator back so I could get reimbursed for it (250).They charged me another 25 for it. Later they called to say they had given me the wrong alternator, and drove all the way to Pelham to swap it out of my car where it was being worked on. When I returned the alternator for reimbursement I was told it was not the alternator that had been installed, and that the case marks had been burned off. So Chichy's got my 600, and probably another 250 for the one they replaced under warranty.
