Imagine picking anywhere in the world you wanted to to travel to. You to tell your travel specialist where you would like to go and everything from there is taken care of for you. What do I mean when I say “taken care of” well, please look below and get a better idea why I gave Cruise Planners (Chandra Brown) 5 stars. * Locates an amazing destination & location for you * Finds the best prices for luxury hotels, beach fronts, villa’s, and AirB&B’s including ALL .... of the amenities you can dream of * Researches the best airline deals for you * Everything is arranged for you from beginning to the end. An itinerary of your trip is mailed to you prior to you departing, which includes important information you might need to have throughout your trip regarding where you are going. Once you land, transportation is waiting for you. If you wanted to do any excursions while you are on your trip, that would be scheduled already upon your arrival. When it is time for you to depart, transportation once again is scheduled for you to return to the airport. * Lastly, but most importantly, if you need any assistance, have questions, or concerns, your Travel Specialist, Chandra Brown is a phone call away to assist you with anything she can. I have been working with Chandra for the last 10 years planning various trips all over the world so I am pretty confident giving her 5 stars. Chandra has handle 95% of all of my trips from the small ones that were an hour away from house to my cruises. What I like most about working with her is her transparency. If she is not 100% on the answer she will get it. not give you an answer an correct it later. I love the fact that she has vast knowledge of many areas of the traveling world and can recommend hotels, events, and sightseeing just from her own experiences. You would think that once your trip is over you are done. No she will follow up with you and make sure everything was to your satisfaction. My trip to Jamaica, the hotel had air condition issues and the elevator did not work i was on the 8th floor. I called Chandra to let her know of the condition, she worked with the hotel, staffing, and i was kept in the loop as to what was happening the entire time. What could have been the worse trip she still manage to make a GREAT one. I will not go anywhere else
