We recently switched over to IAS and I cannot begin to tell you how fantastic they are! Managing a business that handles overnight emergency calls can be stressful but IAS always puts me at ease with their phenomenal customer service. The ladies that assist with the after hours calls are incredibly polite and helpful. We just had a resident experience a maintenance emergency that left them panicked. IAS (I'm sorry, I don't remember her specific name!) immediately contacted me and helped resolve the problem in a timely manner. Without their quick assistance and calm demeanor, I could have had a very unhappy resident on my hands. Hands down, they're the best answering service I've worked with in 13 years with handling after hours emergencies. Thank you, IAS!
