Broke down in my classic corvette on 64 in the Richmond area and needed a tow to my preferred repair facility (My House) with extreme TLC shown for my baby!!! Without question I received the most courteous , timely and professional service feasible. I will have Jinks Motor Carrier Services on speed dial for all my future tow needs!! Awesome company! The dispatcher was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The driver arrived in the ETA provided by dispatch. The Driver stayed in communication with me. He called to let me know he was on his way and also calls when he dropped my car off safely. I called 3 other companies in the Williamsburg area and these guys were the best priced. I cannot say enough good things about this company they deserve more than 5 stars! I couldnt be happier with Jinks Towing & Recovery. I needed a rare Subaru towed from Williamsburg to my house in Newport News. I gave them a call at 6:02pm and spoke to a very nice lady who set everything quickly. Within 20 minutes we had Jason on the road to come pick up the car and started to make his way down to Newport's news. I couldnt believe how fast and easy everything went. Once they arrived they unloaded the car promptly and safely. I will continue using their service from now on. After towing many vehicles in my life time I never had such a wonderful experience. Jinks keep up the great work.
