The man from Jones towing sits in a car in front of reflections detailing and 6 crabs on 2nd street and waits for people to park so he can charge them to tow. He jumped from the car to a tow truck and loaded a 16 years old truck onto his tow truck in the 5-10 minutes she went in to pick up dinner. Then he demanded 125 to unload the truck or threatened to tow it. This is a scam- nobody called to ask the truck to be towed he is sitting there waiting for people to park and loading vehicles to take honest peoples money.
