If I could give a zero rating, I would. My son was involved in a very serious accident and this towing company was called to retrieve the vehicle. 2 days later, pictures of the accident scene, including my son laying on the ground being treated for shock, appeared on Facebook. Posted by the companies unprofessional driver. I contacted the company and the picture of my son on the ground was removed however; the remaimder stayed for myself, my son, his siblings, hos grandmother and the countless number of people that love and care about him to relive those very tender and raw emotions. I understand that there is no sense of privacy anymore but for the employee to be the one to post them is completely unprofessional! I am in the medical field. If I so much as post a selfie at work, I'm fired. Due to the concen of privacy. Most every accident involves someone that is loved and cated for. There should be a level of respect and professionalism that can be expected from these individuals. There clearly is NONE! I will be contacting the state patrol to request thks company be removed from the tow rotation due to the level of unprofessional behavior exhibited. I pray that thos company will learn from this situation amd educate their employees for future incidents so no other family has to experience what we have!

They did a great job
The serviceman from Mangus Towing was excellent. He called me back immediately to confirm and was there even before the time he stated. I would use this company again the next time I need tow service without hesitation
