Quiet/dogs allowed/SMALL.. if you plan to embark onto the waterway..has ramp...is nice! Very short walk areas..! Ideally set up for fishermen where are 3-4 pedestals that would seem to equip picnic tables so don't plan for a lunch. Tempting is the toward & under bridge \walk\ too small & muddy..! Great for quick go-to stop to fish take a breath of fresh air, see view or walk the dog... baggies supplied. ..nice!

A beautiful and quiet little spot I never knew was here before. Saw a few people fishing from the docks and their boats. Small parking lot, kayak launch area and short hiking trail leading to the rather personal docks.

Mainly a place to launch boats and kayaks. You can fish here, but we didn't catch anything no bites or anything. It's quiet off Jamestown Road but not a lot here.

The park and boat launch are very nice. There's info posted about the lake and and general area.

This is a nice and relatively scenic place to paddle. IMO: Good for beginners who don't have much experience in moving water, but who are comfortable with the idea of paddling in a small current. Also good for anyone who wants a mellow paddle through a little patch of nature. The trees in the area provide plenty of shade in the summer. I recommend it. The only negitive is that the porta-john... Well, it's a porta-john. No plumbed facilities here.
