Roto rooter sent a really nice young man to my house when my water lines clogged. He let me know when he was coming and was efficient, kind, polite and , most importantly, extremely competent. His name is Joe and his Tech #is 2181. This is the second time I have needed help this month and both technicians were very capable. They are now my plumbers of choice!!! The young mans name was Joe and he was great!

The plumber who responded is an outstanding individual. Very pleasant and likable. His USN training and years of experience were instantly noticeable. He was able to quickly clear the clog and get things back to normal. He deserves a 10-star rating. The dispatcher involved is a whole different story. She was extremely rude, insulting and insisted on controlling the situation. Thanks to her ineptitude the assigned service window for 6pm-10pm was completely failed. After a follow up call with their manager, the plumber did show up this morning within the service window. Plumber - 10 stars Dispatcher on Tuesday evening - needs to be reassigned to being a shopping cart analyst at 7Eleven.

Great service. Had a leak that needed some water remediation, and a main valve repair. If the 3 companies we called Roto Router was by far the most responsive. Krista came out fast and evaluated the remediation, Mark repaired the valve, and got here the same day when initially it wouldn't have been until the next day.
