My experience started great! In one day the team came and disabled the bathroom that the whole family uses to look for the reason of the water leak. Four weeks later, the reason is not found, out AC working extra hard because of insulation removed. I am calling every day to beg for them to come and finish the repair to learn that they have more important clients and I have to wait, wait, wait. They all are good people, but certainly lack professionalism when it comes to customer care.
