Had a great time. If you can't swim an anything happens, you can literally walk to shore. You get to see wildlife as an added perk. Now on to the actual tour. The Guides were polite friendly and are great at their jobs. They take you out and give you the history as well as the story of the haunted places you will be seeing. Price is great and the seating is comfortable. ( I reccomend sitting up front) this will come into play later on tour. Great for all ages except toddlers & infants.

Was disappointed, but was something to do with my love . In a way we enjoyed it but was not scary at all. Took allot of pics to capture something and might have, I recommend if your just looking for a nice little night cruise. What made our night interesting was the heat lightning and a little thunder

Booked the 9:15pm tour. When I looked as the cruise date became closer they had added an addition cruise at 8pm. I attempted to E-mail and text the phone number like the confirmation email and website had said to in an attempt to switch our tickets to the earlier cruise but no one ever responded. The boat was very crowded with little leg room between rows of seats. The cruise takes you up a still/marshy creek while the guide tells mostly history of the hard times of the Jamestown settlement with a few ghost stories. (none scary) I was looking forward to actually seeing old buildings or really anything along the cruise but we only floated by a few newer houses. The guide was energetic and friendly but stated off jump street that he didn't believe in ghosts. Not sure why they would pick a ghost storyteller who doesn't believe in it. I would suggest maybe the walking tour where you actually get to go to places where events took place

My husband and I did the riverboat cruise last week. Our tour guide was very animated and gifted at telling stories. While his stories were entertaining, the disappointment came in with the fact that there was little history at all (the guide even joked about it) and most ghost tours combine spooky and mystery. But also, the tour wasn't applicable to the cruise. The views were beautiful of Jamestown Island at night! But most stories and at least half the tour was about a haunt in colonial Williamsburg at a house. We don't regret going but definitely know it's scary stories in a beautiful setting but the two don't necessarily connect!

I did the tour this evening with my daughter. We had a good time. The boat ride was nice. The guide was very engaging and overall, a great storyteller.

I tried to cancel and get a refund not knowing refunds weren't available which is fine. But the general manager accidentally emailed me instead of the ticket company saying I was trying to steal from them and that I had to pay up even though I wasn't checked in to the boat like they said I was.

We booked four tickets to do something outside the normal Friday night outing. We we not disappointed. We arrived early, had a beer at the on site brewery and enjoyed the early evening. Afterwards, we boarded the pontoon boat with others, and the captain did his best to have us seated together. Nathan, the captain, and Theo, our guide were nothing but courteous and professional throughout the cruise. Theo kept our attention with his fantastic storytelling abilities and animation. Thoroughly enjoyed the ride and definitely recommend this as an outing for the family. Great job guys...you deserve five stars...the only recommendation I would suggest, is reserved seats to avoid being separated, especially where young children may be involved.
