I called J & R to tow my Prius to the toyota Dealer because it would not start. The truck was there within an hour and the operator ( I believe his name was Darrell) was able to start it(which is not an easy feat with a Prius) so I could drive to Toyota instead of being towed. He even followed me part of the way to make sure it was alright. Great Service Thank you J& R towing.

I had to use AAA twice in two weeks for a tow (once from breakdown in Toano to home and then again from home to dealership in Newport News for repair) and J&R did both. I wish I would have gotten both men's names because they were absolutely wonderful! So very positive, upbeat and incredibly kind! Nowadays, just the being so kind goes a long way as you don't always see that nowadays. Everything was a breeze, they were quick to get the car on and off the truck. With all the stress of a broken vehicle this was one thing that was as smooth as could be. If I need a tow again I will probably see if I can request AAA to send them out. Thank you both!
Stranded on side of the road at 2am. Jimmy from J&R Towing came to the rescue. Very professional, respectful and curiosity. Had an hour ride in his truck. The truck was extremely clean and kept up.
On Saturday my car died in front of Ace Hardware (Monticello) ... I made my first call to a ecommended\ towing company at 6:15 pm ... After calling 2 other so called ecommended\ towing companies and NOT ONE OF THEM RESPONDED to me ... I Googled and found Skimino Towing ... My 1st call to Skimino a man named George ANSWERED the phone ... This was at 8pm ... He was at Ace by 8:20 and towed my car to Sunoco at Penniman and 143 AND delivered me to my front door by 8:50 pm ... He was courteous ... Professional ... And cost was very reasonable !!! I now have a permanent tow ... THANK YOU GEORGE !!!!! And only 1 out of the other tow companies I called returned my call !!! Connie in beautiful Colonial Williamsburg
