I went 5 months ago for a kidney ultrasound and everything went fine. Front staff was nice, as well as the ultrasound tech. Yesterday, I went for my mammogram on July 13th. This was not so pleasant. In fact, it was the worst mammogram experience I have ever had. It was the worst experience I've had with any testing!!!! Front staff was again very nice. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment as requested. I waited 50 minutes!! People came in before and after me and I was the only one in the waiting room. Finally, I was called back by the worst medical professional I have experienced as a patient. I was an RN for over 20 years and I know how a medical professional is supposed to act. She never introduced herself and was abrupt and acted like I was bothering her by being there the ENTIRE time. She asked where I'd had my previous scans and I told her. She filled out a consent form, slammed it on the table and said \sign it\ abruptly. When reaching the machine , she continued her hatefulness. Instead of asking me to put my left of right arm up and hold on to the bar, she just took my arm and threw it up there herself. And it wasn't gentle. This happened on both sides. I was so glad when it was done. I was done in less than 10 minutes, after a 50 minute wait. She needs to be fired for treating any patient like this. Maybe she was having a bad day, but it should never be taken out on a patient. I will NEVER have another mammogram here again!!! I will gladly go back to Riverside Diagnostic where I was treated well all the times I have been there. There is no excuse for this! I would love to talk with her manager.

I have always had an extremely wonderful experience at this TPMG Imaging center. The front desk desk is professional and courteous and I have never waited long to be called back. I always request Andrea Cordle as she is so knowledgeable, professional and has the nicest demeanor! She puts me at ease every time I have my imaging done. I am a nurse and appreciate the good care from other healthcare professionals!
