Great big SHOUT OUT to Jodi and Kimberly as well as the rest of the team. Not only did they get my taxes done on time but they did it quickly and efficient with the time they had. I always wait till the last minute but they were very accommodating and answered all my silly tax questions. Honestly, they were a life saver for me. Total lack of follow through with my senior citizen mother's taxes for the 2nd year in a row. Last year i had to make a stern call to get her appointment scheduled. Now, having her (already organized and -prepared) information for a month with no movement, my mom had to persist in scheduling her own last minute appointment. I am strongly recommending she find someone else next year.

I have really enjoyed working with this firm the last few years! They have been very helpful answering questions and communicative. The staff that I have interacted with have been genuine and professional. I know that it can be a busy time of year during tax season. Because they are so busy, I appreciate it even more when they take the time to inform me of anything else I might need to make the process smoother and faster (I always bring my information/docs as soon as possible...early is better!)
