Gabby was amazing and super helpful.. Bill as well they really helped me get into my new vehicle without hassle.. They stayed on top of everything and really got me a great deal in the end. If you go I really recommend Gabby as she really knew her stuff stayed on top of things and made sure I was truly good to go. Thank you Gabby and Bill so very much. My daughter calls my new car her favorite spaceship cause it's big.

Don't buy cars from this dealer. I bought brand new Ram Promaster city in end of May 2017.also I bought extra platinum coverage. After 1 year and 9 months. My car was completely stop on the road. They didn't find the problem. I was driving only interstate. On 38000 miles , my disc brakes was looking terrible. LOOKS LIKE ,SOMEONE GET METAL NAILS AND SCRATCH SCRATCH AND SCRATCH ALL MY DISC BRAKES.UNBELIEVABLE. I was in Dodge service and told them check my brakes.They said it is good you can drive , after when I drive 19000 miles more , they sad: You have terrible rotors brakes, you should replace that. You should be coast 500. Ok this is not I big broablem. 2. Issue . My Car fan is defective, after 30-40 minutes, when I am driving, stop working I heart fan is working but I didn't feel warm air in the car , I change any other position for windows, legs , had all of them. And put maximum on level 4 . I should wait 1 minute and after that fan continue working. 3 BIG ISSUE. My car front passenger side under floor mats is leaking, I have water there . I was in that service with my issues, INSURANCE JUST COVER ONLY FAN ,but here another problem they still didn't fix fan problem, because dodge service didn't find problems, why my fan is not working right, and insurance can pay for installation new one ard fix old one. Nobody can explain me: 1. WHY MY CAR WAS COMPLETELY STOP ON THE ROAD? 2.Why my rotor disc brakes was SCRATCHED? 3.WHY my fan in not working right? 4. Why my BRAND NEW car is not waterproof and water coming inside my car. Nobody answer any one question. Terrible service TERRIBLE QUALITY. I WILL NEVER BY CAR FROM THAT DEALER

This was my first experience with this dealership and I am pleased with the experience. We were exploring options to replace my aging Grand Cherokee and spent a day looking and several makes and models at at various dealerships. Williamsburg CDJR was very respectful of our exploratory process. We decided a new Grand Cherokee was the right vehicle and negotiated a fair deal the next day. We did this over the phone and it worked fine. Final paperwork and pick-up was very efficient. I'm looking forward to a good relationship going forward as we plan to have the new Grand Cherokee serviced at the dealership.
