WORST VENDOR of my wedding hands down! Starting with their completely unreasonable 7 day cancellation policy (who can predict weather 7 days in advance???) to their complete lack of follow up, this company is awful. I spent 417.00 to rent 100 chairs for my outdoor wedding ceremony. This included fees for tax, setup, and delivery. We made the decision to hold the ceremony inside 24 hours prior to the event due to a bad weather forecast. I called the appropriate representatives with Williamsburg Event Rentals (Steve and Cory). I was only refunded 92.75. Williamsburg Event Rentals profited by 324.25 for providing me absolutely NOTHING. I can understand not receiving a full refund, but to not refund for set up and delivery (46.00) and tax (21.00) on chairs that were not used is absurd. I sent two emails to Michelle about my frustration and did not even get a courtesy response. Take your business elsewhere is my best recommendation!
They made sure everything was perfect! The were professional and courteous every step of the way. We had found a beautiful venue but one that came with no rain plan. Williamsburg Event Rentals made it a dream come true with a spacious tent and gorgeous dance floor. We were able to get married in the church we loved then have the reception on the same property in a heated tent (perfect for a late winter / early spring wedding). Everything was done in advance so day of all we had to do was enjoy our wedding and reception. We felt secure knowing that the professionals had it all handled.
Had a very good experience with this vendor. They were extremely responsive to all our calls and messages. Their set-up and take down crew worked quickly and with us to figure out exactly what we needed on the day of, and when it looked like it might rain during our event, they were flexible enough to quickly add walls to the tent we had rented with minimal fuss. Highly recommend them.
We rented a tent, chairs, and linens for our daughters outdoor wedding and reception April 2013. Willimasburg Event Rentals delivered, set-up, and returned to pick-up and take away all the rented items completely as promised and expected. The items and customer service were excellent! The place looked great and everyone had a good time. We couldn't have done it without them or have chosen better! Thank you, Williamsburg Event Rentals! We would gladly recommend you to anyone and everyone!
