This is the 2nd time I’ve used them and I can’t say enough great things about my experience. Last year I needed about an inch of metal cut to fit the inside of my fireplace. They cut it so nicely it looked like it was manufactured that way. This time I was trying to hang a porch bed swing with a 1.5 rope. Unfortunately, the inside diameter of the eyebolt was only 1” so the 1.5” rope wouldn’t fit. Since the eyebolt was custom to the swing bed I couldn’t just buy a larger eye screw. So I took 8 existing bolts over to them and they removed and replaced the tops with a larger eye to fit the 1.5” rope while leaving the bottom screw in tact. The replacements were ready within a few days, the screws fit back into the bed perfectly and the biggest bonus was that they were painted black. I mentioned I wanted to paint them but didn’t expect them to do that to! I am so pleased and my husband is beyond happy with how nice they look. He said it makes the swing look like a “high end custom swing”. Their prices were fair and everyone was so nice and easy to work with. I wish more companies were like this.
