Dan was very kind and thorough in his explanation as to why I needed additional services. I had originally only prepared for a New York State inspection. I am not a car person, and have extremely low mileage. Dan explained the necessity of having the oil changed once a year, in spite of my low mileage, and he helped me to understand the pricing involved. He also helped me with a question I had about my key fob. Dan went the extra mile to ensure a very good experience at Infiniti.

We leased a car from them on my wife's name few months ago. I was surprised to see a separate credit pull by West Herr. We have been leasing cars for the last 10 years and never had multiple credit inquiries for a single transaction. I was given all type of excuses to justify the credit pull. First I was told that it was industry standard. When I made clear that I know better, then it became the dealership policy. My question to them was that Infiniti financed the lease so it made sense that they pulled credit but why did West Herr pull credit separately? The manager told me that it is so they could provide "best professional service". (The statement in it self is discriminatory. You can decline to sell a car for bad credit but being professional and courteous has got nothing to do with credit). Finally when they could not really explain why they have this practice then they blamed us for not reading the contract thoroughly. West Herr Team, in 2021 there is no need for 2 credit pulls to lease 1 car. Other dealerships figured out better ways years ago.

Took my car in early; could not get scheduled before an unexpected trip In and out in two days- most of issues covered under warranty. NYS Inspection and scheduled maintenance and recall item. Great customer service
