I am not impressed, what I paid for and what I got was not great. The communication was ok at the start, but when I asked about a time of arrival to pick-up my stuff - the time changed 3x and they were still late. I constantly felt like I was chasing them. And then they could not tell me when my stuff would arrive on the other side, eventually when I got told what courier they were sending my stuff with - I asked that the person on the other side receiving it be informed so he could be there - this did not happen and they didn't even bother to wait so it all got sent back to the hub and my boyfriend had to go pick it up. Yes. I was told it was a pallet to be delivered in the street but I asked that the person getting it be told 2 hours before so he could be there and this did not happen, and then they could not even wait? I am sure others have had a good experience, but I did not feel relaxed during this whole process and then I got let down twice. I personally won't be using them again.

Ich bin bereits mehrfach mit Hakotrans von Spanien nach Deutschland und umgekehrt umgezogen und kann nur Gutes berichten. Hakotrans war immer zuverlässig und günstig.Alle Liefertermine wurde immer eingehalten und man hatte immer einen Stand wo sich die Ware befindet. Absolut empfehlenswert !!!
