I feel obligated to rate this bike shop with 5 stars!!! In 2016 i have bought Cannondale FSI mtb bike at their online shop. With a very good price and a nice experience (fast shipping and their email response) i was very satisfied. Later i was having trouble with freewheel body and they solved an issue under warranty with Cannondale. This year (June 2020) i had a trouble with Cannondale left crank, which had a crack. Again, thebikeshop.de was most helpful. They have contacted Cannondale and send me new crank under warranty. Very proffesional bike shop. Even that i am not from Germany (i am fom Slovenia), they solved all my troubles. Best regards and keep on with good work!

Meine eigene Werkstatt hatte geschlossen und hier wurde mir spontan (am fremdgekauften Rad!) und unkompliziert zu gutem Preis die Bremse entlüftet und Beläge gewechselt. Dazu noch sehr netter Kontakt und rundum angenehme Erfahrung. Wenn alles wieder offen ist, komme ich vorbei wenn ich mal wieder ein Trikot o.ä. brauche. Toll!
Top Reparatur zu nem überraschend gutem Kurs. Jeder der mit Rennrad oder MTB Sport zutun hat, ist dort super aufgehobenen.
Sehr Positive Erfahrungen gemacht! Kann nur jedem Empfehlen hier sein Rad zu kaufen! Funktioniert auch Wunderbar Online! Telefonisch ist dort immer jemand zu erreichen und bietet seine Hilfe bei Fragen an! Habe dort mein neues MTB gekauft!
