Doctors are nothing but friendly and informative just as you hope a doctor will be. When suffering from PTSD one of the things that help the most is talking to someone with a gentle nature, and not some cut and dry doctor. These people were very helpful, prompt, and gentle. And even though the topics were tough and deep, Dr. Gabriella Ochoa handled it all with such compassion, patience, and care. You feel truly safe in speaking with her, and she cares about getting you the help you need. Along with what I originally came here for, more information was sent out to me with other ways to help through the PTSD, and it's those added extra touches that really make taking the next steps in healing that much easier.
