Supposed to be 24 hours but it’s 01:20 and the girl put a “Closed” sign up so she could sit at a table and watch videos on her phone. It’s 30 degrees out and I can’t get a hot drink for my 9 hour drive? So much for respecting what truckers are doing out here.

Went to Willington DD through the drive thru. Ordered a Large Iced Latte w/ extra caramel swirl and a turbo shot. Order had to be repeated as they didn't understand the first time. Repeated the order, they said \pull up.\ Pulled up to the window, paid for my order, proceeded to wait several minutes for my drink. While waiting, I listened to the gentleman making my drink say, \I hate this stupid machine\ Received my drink, they gave me a medium iced latte with no caramel swirl. Unsure if the turbo shot made it's way in to the drink. Very dissatisfied and disappointed, as I was on my way Into work and didn't have several more minutes to waste at that location. Frustrating to spend money on a drink that was completely wrong. Wish I could say this was a one and done experience, but sadly this isn't the first time.
So coffee and tea was good but they completely messed up the donut fries and were discussing getting the orders done quickly so they could get out on time. I wonder if those two things were related. When we brought the donut fries back they just took the messed up ones and sprinkled some more sugar on them after clearing the store of all staff just to find the sugar and ignoring other customers. In the words of comic book guy \Worst Dunkin Ever
