Got here around 5pm on Tuesday. Was told that I would be looked at around 8:30pm. The shop called me and said I wouldn't be able to get my truck looked at until around 3am Wednesday morning. At 7am the tech looked and said I needed an airbag. No big deal until I was told that they couldn't look for the part until 8 and they should be able to work on my truck around noon It seems they are more interested in taking care of the more expensive service calls then taking care of the customer's that have been waiting Staff will lie to you and put you in a bay so you don't leave

My husband and I have been sitting here waiting sense 04:30 for a trailer tire to be changed and told us we were second in line and then 5hrs later they keep throwing more people in front of us saying they were from the night before. These people would rather sit and drink coffee and smoke than do anything to get the trucks fixed and back on the road. It's not like we get paid for sitting here waiting for them to fix our truck. It's another case of the locals get served first and others are screwed. That goes for the shop and the restaurant.
You want to talk.about customer comes first type of service. No not here save yourself sum time or you could be there for a couple days for a simple oil change.
