I bought a nearly-new Skoda Rapid from Willis Motor Company in March 2017 and have had it serviced and cared for there ever since. I've been hugely satisfied. The premises are immaculately kept and the staff both professional and friendly: service receptionists Jeanette and Brian deserving special credit. I always find a visit there is like going to see friends. Any work necessary is always carefully explained. In the current Covid situation the precautions being taken are very thorough: you are not admitted until you are wearing a mask and disposable gloves (which are kept at the front door). I believe that Willis Motors are a huge credit to Skoda UK, and also to the South Harrow/South Ruislip business community.

After CITIGATE SKODA WATFORD failed to diagnose a faulty battery (yes a faulty car battery) Skoda authorised a tow to WILLIS MOTOR who sorted this within seconds. Service manager Ray is very knowledgeable and helpful chap. Best service experience, will return here for a new car again!
