The spot is excellent and spacious, the meals was delightful and the prices were very affordable. quickly, effective service and very welcoming staff members. I highly recommend this place.

If you're looking for a legitimate, though somewhat small, sit down Chinese restaurant in Williston Park, this is the place to go. This place had all tables filled by 1PM. The place only opened at noon! The food is authentic, flavourful, and down right fantastic. Nothing was overly greasy, or salty, which tends to happen in some Chinese restaurants. Food was prepared fresh, and was generous. Pricing is on par with other Chinese restaurants based on LI. Staff was attentive with taking orders, clearing plates, and getting me the check quickly. Overall I'm excited about the place and would definitely come back to try the other items on the menu. Please see my pictures for the items I ate today. Not pictured was the scallion pancake. Made fresh, not oily, but was too hungry, and started eating it before picture was taken.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of the food at Blue Wave. Many restaurants have come and gone in this location, as they fell short unfortunately, but Blue Wave stands out among them. The service was fast, staff was friendly, safety measures were established and most importantly the food was excellent. The menu does not look like your typical take-out place, focusing more on sit-down dishes and portions. However, they do Shanghai cuisine very well and I recommend their take-out until dining-in is available. I will definitely be back to try more.

Great food, a little bit oily, but the flavors are popping.. ps don’t judge a book by it’s cover aptly applies to this restaurant. Give them a chance to let them make you fall in love when they fill your bellies I wish google had an option to give it 4.5 stars..

Great local place that has authentic Chinese food that you would normally have to travel into queens to get. Prices are reasonable and portions are large. The free soup dumplings as appetizer was excellent.
