A horrible place to buy used vehicles from. my son bought a used F-150 from them and after leaving the lot the check engine light came on after only 30 miles and the truck lost all power. he contacted the sales rep who said he could bring it back but it might be a week or two before they get to it and they may not cover the repair cost so I looked at it for him and the throttle body was shot the gears on the actuator were completely stripped out so we fixed it ourselves. since then the door lock they replaced before he picked it up has stopped working, the battery had to be replaced and he found out the same night that one of the headlights are out all this within the 4 days he's currently owned it. We are very unhappy with all this and have no idea how this truck made it out of the service department

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This is by far the absolute WORST dealership I have ever been to. First off, they will price gouge the heck out of you. Bring your vehicle in for a minor service/repair, and they’ll have you to believe you’re in need of thousands of dollars worth of repairs—that you never asked them to look for. The service is slow. Super slow. Don’t be in a hurry to get your car back, because they’ll have it there for weeks while they look for new things wrong with your ride. Bottom line is—this place doesn’t care. They think because they’re the only Dodge/Honda dealer in the area, that they can charge whatever they want. Customers be wary! Take your vehicle elsewhere. Anywhere else. You’ll be better off financially, and have less of a headache after you’re done.

They shouldn't even be in business. Horrible sales, finance and managers. Go to Minot Ryan you'll be in and out in 15 mins. Worst dealership around. They'll slam your credit with hard inquiries and then Hexham for days. James, Brittany and Kathrine should get more educated on their positions. HORRIBLE TEAM!

Update! Patience not being my strong suit i should have waited a little bit longer to write a review. The service manager Brad did reach out to me to correct the problem and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. They admitted that there was a mix up and made things right. I will definitely suggest them to friends!
