The office staff are so friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions about my new glasses. The doctor on staff listened and did his best to figure out my vision problems. I had been struggling with my prescription for the last several years and he took extra time to try different things and figure out how to best help me. I finally have glasses that work for me and it's all thanks to the staff at Midwest Visiom Center in Willmar. Thank you!

My vision was improved after getting new glasses. The staff was friendly, the doctor was great and we talked about my options now that I need bifocals. I didnt feel rushed through to get the next person started so overall very nice experience.

It had been a long time since I had a vision exam and it was time I took care of that important detail in my life. The staff was friendly and I experienced a warm greeting as I entered. Soon I was led to approach the line of machines that would take pictures of my eyes and blow puffs of air into them.. all these things that caused some mild anxiety prior to arriving. The thoughtful technician walked me through each step, and somehow totally eliminated any uneasiness. It was a peace of cake! On to the eye exam with Dr. McCann. He was friendly, professional, thorough and asked relevant questions pertaining to my specific needs for seeing better when driving at night, working at the computer or reading music at the piano. No other OD had ever taken the time to understand the specific areas of sight challenges I faced on a daily basis! Finally, I had to choose frames. I decided on 2 sets of glasses. Looking at 2 full walls of choices was daunting. But, once again, the staff was incredibly helpful, asking questions that narrowed the choices significantly. One person, Eva stood out. Her impressive product knowledge and excellent sense of fashion made choosing frames really fun! This eye center is a treasure because of the years of valuable experience each person brings to the table and their cohesive, caring approach to serving their patients/clients. I would give them a higher star rating if that were possible!
