i sat around and waited for a half hour after my apt was scheduled when i said i was leaving because id been waiting for a half hour the lady looks at the clock like im not able to tell time.. ok 27 minutes i waited.. wont be going back you shouldnt either due to the fact somethings going on that they make you wait a half hour after your scheduled time.. 2nd time ive waited more than 15 minutes after
Dr. Backhaus was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was in and out with no hassle. He updated my eye prescription and fitted me for new contacts.
