When you have a new employee who doesn't have a clue what they are doing perhaps you should help them so your customer doesn't wait an extra hour to get done. Especially when there are three other employees not doing much of anything when there are NO other customers. When the new employee dies ask for help maybe don't huff at her making it apparent you don't want to help and could care less about your customers time. Seriously wasting mine and my girlfriends time like that is asinine. Do not go here, there are plenty of other places locally that don't take three hours for an exam and ordering. Plenty of other places that actually value their customers time.

I had a great time at my eye appointment over a month ago. When it came time for my glasses to come in I never got a phone call and I only received one text saying one pair came in. I went in 3 days after the date they where supposed to come in and they couldn’t even find the pairs I was going to pick up. The lady at the desk searched for 15 minutes and found out she was supposed to call me but forgot and continued to say that she was really bad at returning phone calls and she needed to get better at it. Finally someone came to help her look and they found 2 pairs but didn’t know I had ordered a third. They continued to look in the computer and after about 10 more minutes found that they they where also supposed to call, which they didn’t, to tell me there was a scratch and it was going to be another 2 weeks before my glasses would come in again. Overall all not a great experience.
Google hours are not correct. They don’t get out of bed til 11:00 not 10:00. Glasses are cheap junk that fall apart and need constant fixing and adjusting.
The best experience in buying glasses EVER! The General Manager was beyond awesome she helped pick out stylish glasses and when I picked them out and the glasses came in she actually changed my crusty old nose pieces out. The eye Doctor was knowledgeable and I recommend this place before anywhere else!
