Very poor communication. I ordered a part days ago and have not received any communication from customer service nor have I received the part. I do not recommend buying anything from Appliance Parts Experts.

Ordered a fridge door seal, received a used part that was dirty and damaged. Attempted to contact the company by phone without success, a recorded message informed me that the business was closed (at 1 pm) and to call back the next business day. Have seen a message claiming the company is in receivership, but have no way to verify if this is true. At least the shipping was really fast. Have called my bank, they are going to investigate.
I ordered a part on the website and made sure it matched my refrigerator model number. I received the wrong part. Their customer service says it is my fault becasue I did not call them to choose the part for me. I asked them for free shipping to return and send the correct part. They refuse. The original shipping price was 10. I asked them to give me a break on shipping. They refused. I am out 20 just for trying to do business with this place.
The correct part arrived in a couple of days and works perfectly. It was the best price online and I'd recommend Appliance Parts Experts.
Horrible experience. Ordered a part from them and upon receiving, I realized that I didn’t need the part and returned it back to them. Not only I didn’t get my refund but they also kept the part. SCAMMERS.
ordered parts, got them in a timely manner, the parts were correct and worked well. So they would have gotten a five rating if it were not for the billing issue I have. They charged over 14% in taxes on my purchase! Our tax rate is 5.125%. May not be a big deal to some,, but honesty to me is more important than cost.....E-mailed them twice but so far no answer as to why! Thus the 3 stars and probably won't be using them in the future.....
Super fast delivery. Just the part I needed, perfect condition. Changing the gasket in my refrigerator by myself took me only a few minutes. Highly recommend!
These guys are great! I was pretty skeptical of the website because I was digging for a while to find the cheapest part I could find. They had the cheapest but had to do Ground shipping which helped keep the cost down. I was expecting it to be at my place in 7-10 business days but it arrived in 2 days and the part worked great! I couldn't believe how well everything worked buying through these guys.
