Dr. Jurcevic and his staff are easily the greatest office in the area. I've never felt rushed, unheard, or not cared for. They always take my calls with patience and if they say they are going to call back, they do. I count myself very lucky to have found their office. There are not enough thank you's in the world that would let them understand how much I appreciate them.

Dr. Jurcevic and his staff go above and beyond for all their patient's. As matter of fact a Skin Cancer Specialist just told my husband to thank his doctor for noticing a malignant mole on his back. He also cares for my brother-in-law who has special needs brilliantly. Dr. Jurcevic used to work at a urgent care facility and was highly touted by the staff there as being a great Doctor.

If I could give 0 I would. Everyone is there is rude and unprofessional. Good luck getting a call back or any answers. My advice - RUN!

This doctor left a diabetic without insulin or a doctor without notice! He cancelled my appointments in voicemails at the last minute without reason twice because the Dr needed the day off and no one else could see me. Then because I didn't reschedule fast enough for him he sent me a certified letter saying that if I missed another appointment he would no longer see me because I was not taking my diabetes seriously. This made me mad because I wanted to come to my appointments. The office called me and cancelled on my voicemail. I made it to my next few appointments as scheduled. Then I had to reschedule one appointment because I started a new job and could not miss a day of training, next thing I know I got another certified letter in the mail stating the exact same thing that they will no longer see me if I don't continue coming to scheduled appointments. This had been the first time I rescheduled voluntarily without being forced to. I called the office told them I just wanted to reschedule it I still wanted to see my doctor and I take my diabetes very seriously. The woman was very polite and said okay I'll schedule you a new appointment everything will be fine. I thought things were back on track so when I needed a refill of my prescription I told the pharmacy to contact my doctor. When they did he told them that he no longer will see me. So I thought I had an appointment set for a week from that day but I had to hear from the pharmacy that I no longer have a doctor. This whole situation was stressing me out. I contacted the doctor's office again and said I needed medication (diabetic can't be left without insulin) I thought I had an appointment. What am I supposed to do? They said sorry I can't help you, I can't give you medicine, and I will no longer see you. Goodbye
