I have always been promptly greeted and rarely need to wait for my appointments. My doctor listens thoroughly and follows through completely. I have not had to use the express care but the resident physicians are outstanding.

I am new to this office. For 2 days I attempted to speak to someone to schedule an appointment for a colonoscopy. Each call I was on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. When I called back one final time, I asked the operator if the wait time was unusual. She assured me it would be longer than the 10 minutes if I chose to wait again. I opted to find another doctor.

Very disappointed. I got my x rays and drove an hour away to see a doctor as soon as possible just to have my doctors’ patient add her friend in at my scheduled time as I was waiting in line on crutches. I had to wait more than an hour for my appointment time. Got my MRI in the same day to expedite my results and find out what happened to my knee. Doctor never called after as he said he would with my results. Two days after me doing everything I was supposed to I called them to find out I would have to wait another 5 days for a virtual visit to tell me my results!?? The administration suggested it was my fault while there was no directions on my summary papers indicating I would need to call and schedule an appointment for my follow up results. I can’t get a call back with my results but your administration can add people in other peoples schedules times at the time of their appointments? What a tragedy for your office and the standards of the care you’re offering.
