Used this company to repair our car wash unit.... made a service call on a Tuesday. They waited until Saturday to service the machine ... 1 charged us overtime travel (unauthorized) 2. Charged us for night and weekends (unauthorized) 3. Charged us for additional labor (unauthorized) And to top it all off? DIDNT EVEN FIX THE ISSUE!!!! 1 month later I’m calling back for the same repair. I was told by RYAN who clearly is there for show.. that unless we paid the additional charges for work not completed they would longer service us.. So because I won’t pay your overly priced bill for 0 completed work...Your terminating service ?? Here’s an idea!! DO THW JOB THE RIGHT WAY! STAY AWAY!! TOTAL RIP OFF!
