I am not someone who writes reviews, but I also just had the easiest car buying experience of my life, so maybe it’s time to give credit where it’s due. I just bought a used Volvo from Leikin Volvo Cars Cleveland, working directly with Brian Rapoport. Brian was really friendly and knew more about the car than anyone I have ever worked with before (and was eager to show me how everything worked). You could tell he loves his work and the nuances that make their cars great, which was nice for me being someone that’s very detail oriented. The discussions on cost were transparent and to the point, so we didn’t have to waste any time on negotiations. I’d highly recommend working with Brian if you’re looking for a Volvo!

This was my first time working with this dealership. I really appreciate the fast reply back on pricing information from Steve. I was given time to make my decision without feeling pressured to hurry up and buy. Once I made my choice Julius was very helpful in handling the rest of the transaction. He was great to work with and walked me through the rest of the process in getting my new Volvo, as well as following up a few days later to make sure I was enjoying the vehicle and if I had any other questions. I was looking to buy my first Volvo and it was very difficult to find the Car with the options I wanted. Brian R. was very helpful. He found me a car exactly as per my specifications. Overall the process was seamless. Brain kept me informed every step of the way. When I went to collect my car, he gave me a quick overview of the car features which was very helpful. My experience was phenomenal! I purchased my car with 5 miles. Prior to arrival most of the communication was done via email and Julius was very attentive to me! He made sure to answer all my questions and to give me the best deal. I didnt feel he was only trying to get a sale. This was a vehicle i had been looking into for months so after making the decision to go through with the price it was a win. Everything was done within 24 hours, even arriving they had my car which i named Ghost (lol) waiting for me inside, covered with a bow! It was an amazing feeling after having my previous vehicle since 2013. After the purchase was done Julius took his time to show me the hacks and little things that i didnt know the vehicle could do. He was very patient and never rushed me. He even followed up a week later to see how i was enjoying and if i had any questions. I would recommend anyone to this location and to also ask for Julius!
