I’ve been banking here since August 2019 and stop in once or twice a month. The tellers are ALWAYS friendly & I look forward to seeing them when I come in.
This bank branch has friendly tellers and good customer service. However, I've had issues with Canadian Coins getting mixed in with their rolls of quarters. I can't use these coins to wash my clothes. It's not a good feeling for me to receive less than what I requested from my account because of this issue. I'm going to also contact the corporate office this week.
hate the drive up tellers...will not make a path to let you through to the exit....customers are very rude...
Bad customer service. One staff member does not know how to appropriately notarize a document. Don't bank here go to another branch or bank.
