Surprisingly there was only a 10 or 15 minute wait. I had a bacon egg burger cooked medium which came out exactly as ordered except it should have been much warmer. Service was very good though and I did enjoy the burger.

I had heard the commercials Red Robin...Yum! My visit was more like Red Robin, Um! My wife and I walked into the Willoughby restaurant and we were quoted a half hour time to be seated. My wife said maybe we should try someplace else and miraculously seating appeared in the bar. We observed one waiter drop a tray on the floor and then continue using it without sanitizing it. Only one of the two liquid soap dispensers in the mens room had soap. We stayed, I wanted to try a Red Robin burger. I selected the Whiskey BBQ burger without the Cheddar. The service was slow despite the reduced capacity for CoVid-19. My "bottomless" salad didn't come out until I received my burger. I ordered the burger "No pink Welldone," It came out underdone. The Salad was remarkably average and seemed like half croutons. The burger was supposed to have onion straws topping but it was soggy and tough. I personally can not recommend the burgers.. I did notice they have a thin crust green olive pizza, perhaps I'll try that next time. Hope you have better luck!
Very nice and engaging waitress. Fabulous burgers, dining table machine gives you the ability to add to order and make credit card payments. Cool concept and worked well but our waitress was fantastic.

I like Red Robin. I struggle every time I eat at this location. Fries are cool not hot, the waitress has 12 tables and takes a long time to get out order and never has time to refill us on bottomless food or return with condiments. It's just aggravating. We've heard, sorry we are understaffed, sorry there was an error making your food and we are remaking it, and this time she took our order had our drinks delivered. Had our food delivered, asked halfway through the meal how was everything, and then failed to return with our requested condiments even though we asked for them when we ordered. 80.00 later and I should have hit a Wendy's. And that is not our typical experience with red robin
Grabbed an appetizer using an online order and curbside. Pros: - Curbside was efficient. Napkins in the bag. Dips in the bag as requested. - Food was hot. - Portion size was good, shareable for friends. - They did follow my special instruction box to make sure the wings were really saucy. I appreciated that, I do not like boneless wings with barely any sauce. Cons: - Some chips weren't cooked all the way and were soft to taste instead of crunchy. - Sauce tasted like it contained a lot sugar. I enjoy a sweet BBQ but this was almost too sweet. - Wings could have been fried slightly longer.
Waited over an hour for a table for two (that was supposed to be 45 minutes). I go in to check on the status and get told that there are four more groups ahead of me with four or five in each. And as I’m sitting in the parking lot, I see other parties of two get called before us that arrived way after us. Red Robin is getting way too big for its own good. Rude customer service.
