Completely at a loss for words at how this agent doesn’t look out for the best interest of their customers. My car was damaged in May from a improperly maintained road in Ohio. Made a claim based on State Farm saying they will go after ODOT for the repairs. My car was repaired promptly however 4-1/2 months later no one has contacted me regarding ODOT covering the repairs so I could get my deductible back. I called State Farm and they said they can’t go after ODOT. WHAT!??? Now I have to do all the leg work to try and recoup my money from a road MY taxes are supposed to help pay to keep fit for driving. Misinformed agents at State Farm plus non supportive local agents are why I am taking my business elsewhere. I’m only 41 years old and could have been a customer for many more years.
