On Dec. 29th, I had to go inside to mail a package & was fifth in line & waited for almost a half hour. There was 2 employees working & had to observe these women being rude to customers & obviously not happy working there for neither one ever smiled. These women need to be trained in proper 'customer service' and if they don't like their job, there probably are people that would love to have a job, especially during this pandemic..

went to the Willoughby Post Office and, get this, the clerk started hinting for food donations. Yep, said that if I wanted to drop off some food, they would really love it. Especially like Chipolte's At first I thought that they weren't serious but it became clear after several repeated requests that this was for real. Since when is the US Post Office a non-profit? Don't my taxes pay their salaries?
I HAVE LIVED AT PINE RIDGE APARTMENTS IN WILLOUGHBY HILLS OHIO FOR ELEVEN YEARS. OUR MAILMAN HAS ALWAYS BEEN A MAN "TOM" ... HE IS NOT LIKE ANY MAILMAN I EVER MET... HE IS KIND AND HELPS ALL THE RESIDENTS IN NEED... HE IS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP YOU.... HE IS TO ALL OF US THE MAILMAN OF THE CENTURY. HE GETS A 5 STAR RATING FROM ALL OF US.... THOMAS PATTISON
Carriers lie and say the driveway isn't accessible but never ATTEMPTED delivery. The USPS needs to throw in the towel and go out of business. The clerks at the front desk are loud mouthed rude trash. Should all be walked off the job. Disgusting

I would give them negative stars if I could. The Post Office is the definition of incompetence. I am usually surprised when anything I mail makes it to it's destination. It is usually an hour wait if you have to go inside for "service". I HATE THESE PEOPLE! I hope they go bankrupt and Amazon takes them over. At least things will get to their destinations in a timely manner.
How is anyone supposed to rely on usps for shipping when they don't update their tracking information, send emails saying a package is out for deliver that still says it is at the post office and here we are the next day, still now package, still on type to be delivered yesterday... I sure am glad it's not any kind of medication that I need to survive or anything...
