ADT pulse home security system. Just what I expected , as always businesses across America lie all the time. James and John two young men seem as nice gentlemen were at my house today in Feasterville Trevose Pennsylvania 04/14/2020 half day from 8am, they did installation. My deal was 317.00 for labor cost and the equipment of course, I have been told that due to the virus situation I would receive 200.00 visa gift card, i knew it would be a lie , the moment the guys left my house I received an email about my reward a gift card for a 100.00 , ADT you are such a funny people , ADT you are a joke ... Why do you have to lie all the time? , and the girl that was over the phone a Witch. God bless you Fellows American !

My installer was a wealth of information and shared with no hesitation. He was courteous and timely. He was equally considered of my time restraints. He insisted on giving me as much protection I was able to afford. I appreciated him (Rob). You could use a dozen more easily, perhaps have him teach newbies!

The man who came to install the ADT system was very good, he explained all things to my husband and myself very well, along with a few suggestion which were very helpful for our understanding of how the alarm system works. He also left us information to learn more about how all work along with answering any questions we might have in reference to all. He also had us put in our pass code number and of course looked into the other room as not to see what I had put in for the code. When he asked what we wanted to use for a security password, the first word I gave to him, he stated that many people do in fact think of a pets name so suggested we use another word which we did. Again Matt was very good at installing and explain all to us both.

There was attempted break in on our house, but they didn't come in. It was just enough incentive to call ADT. Sergio & Marco were great technicians, very friendly, helpful & informative. They put together a perfect plan for our home. The system was very affordable and easy to learn. I feel very comfortable once again.

Signed a contract. After 1 year they increased the price. Then, was told there is another increase following year. Dishonest. Never trust. Tech support is also poor. I asked for help to create a macro to disable a few motion sensors and they could not help. Will leave soon.
