WORSE ANSWERING SERVICE EVER. Run away as fast as you can. Is it possible to give negative stars? They never answer the calls I'm paying them to, usually leaving customers on hold for 3-5 minutes until they hang up, losing our company and our clients tens of thousands of dollars. And they won't give refunds or do anything to make amends for all the calls and business we've lost. Sometimes masquerading as Answer America, do yourself a favor, don't let this company ruin your own company, choose an answering service that actually answers calls. We've had good luck so far w/ Answer Connect.
