If you want an overpriced pretzel with a side of attitude from a spoiled brat working the counter, you've found the perfect place. Piece of advice if there is actually management.... step in and watch how your employees act and treat your customers

I went here today and there is an employee counting money at the register while the line is piling up. She could of at least acknowledge people waiting. A girl who was in front of me walked away and when I stepped up she was still counting money smirking because she knew people were waiting. I gave her and the other employees a look and then she said give her a minute. Another employee took my order and they only had one pretzel dog prepared...really? It looks like they didn't prepare anything yet. I hate to give such a poor review because most of the workers are African American. They need to do better at this location...so sad!

really bad attitude and sell old food when i got complain the pretzel almond its too old, its hard and super dry i even cant chew it then i decided to told them but you know what their behave the girl turn around n tell the man give me the other one without any appologise then asked me bring the old one throw it in the trash bin .its totally so rude ever .

Terrible attitude from the children working there, there is never a manager on duty, I hope they find people who appreciate having a job instead of children who hate working
