Had my shingle roof replaced about 3 months ago. I was a bit hesitant to use this company because of the reviews but their new at the time Office manager Justin was very assuring that the company was more than up for the task. I had a call back from one of their estimators within that day and an estimate for my roof within 3 days. Once I decided to go with them for the replacement they kept me up to date with scheduling. The workman ship was everything you would expect from a company that has been around this long. Ill have no problem referring them to my friends and family.

Sometimes slow to communicate but very happy with the final product. Prices were very reasonable for the amount of work they ended up doing. (My roof needed alot more work than we first thought.) They explained everything very well.

CD Kaller installed my roof in August of 2018 and within six months a skylight they installed began leaking. They've come out twice to fix it after about a dozen calls per attempt. Skylight still leaks and now they no longer answer when I call or email. Quality, responsiveness, and value are horrible. Spend your money on a roof that won't leak and a company that values its customers; not this one.

Fri 2/9 salesperson came out to measure for estimate. Today is 3/1 and still no estimate. The last iIheard from him was Feb 15 indicating as window is above 4th floor it needs special glass and they were still working on the estimate. Pretty sad. If you don't want the job be honest and tell me. I have had two other companies provide estimates within a day of measuring. Even if Kaller came back with an estimate how could I trust their professionalism.
