I bought this macbook pro, 3 years ago and now to fix a issue i have been asked to pay over 550. The issue was not because of user error. It's an equipment error. When asked why it's expensive, I was suggested to buy a new one. I understand that a computer can break but I paid premium price for a premium product and didnt expect to break within 3.5 years and than suggested to get a new Apple product. I am very surprised by the bad service and bad product the apple has provided me.
