I tried to return some Eastbay merchandise here and they do not take it here. 1 1/2 he drive to get here wasted. The website says the take returns at any location! NOT!!!

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Ordered 2 matching blue Adidas sweatshirts for my wife and I. They sent me 1 pair of black pants. That's it nothing else. Hoping the refund process is easy. But given how unorganized this experience was I'm guessing this will not be fun getting a refund.

Wow, I had nothing but greatness with this business, so not sure why others made such negative reviews. They have great prices and my orders were shipped very quickly and arrive quickly. I bought 2 pair of fabulous Adidas I couldn't be happier with !

I ordered 6pk pair of Nike socks for my daughter for Christmas on 12/12 received package on 12/19. However, the package contained a T Shirt NOT my socks! As I am typing this I have been on hold for 12:57 seconds for their Customer Service! Online chat doesn't work either. Last time I order my Soccer team buy anything from Noway I mean Eastbay!

This is the base of Eastbay, and it's the worst online retailer I ever encountered. I ordered 5 pairs of shoes, and only got 1 pair for my order, and when I tried to get a refund, the phone waiting time is more than 1 hour, and they transfer again and again among their departments, and no refund easily. And they spent 1 hour checking their records because the store lost the record 2 weeks before? That's unimaginable. Never use this online retailer!!!!!!!

Wow...all the negativity almost prevented me from ordering from Eastbay. I placed an order for a pair of NIke's on Thanksgiving and the order arrived on Friday the next day. Eastbay was the only retailer that had the size I needed. For me it was a five star experience. Thanks Eastbay!!
