I was coaxed into switching from Progressive to GEICO by Denise Holt. The day I bought my car she quoted me a massive 500/month. I obviously chose Progressive at a way lower rate. She calls me the day after saying she can do even lower than Progressive at 208 and if I did direct automatic payments from my bank account it would be even cheaper at 204. A few days go by and I’m notified by an email by GEICO that my payments went up to 280. Obviously I call confused and they explain that the agent that helped me didn’t run my license. (She asked for my license number at the dealership when we called. Huh) I let it go even though I was lied to. Then a few days pass. Notice from GEICO THAT I OWE 1886.55 or my policy will be cancelled? I never opted for pay in full and I told her that I wanted MONTHLY payments. I told her I was a student and a single mom. I prefer the monthly payments! And even with that that’s 311 a month for a six month period. But here’s the icing on top of the cake: I’m charged 208 today out of nowhere! (I am on auto pay) so riddle me this? How in the world is GEICO complaining about late payment if the monthly could have been taken out of my account? The 208 is also not reflected in my account so have fun with holding my money. I was lied to also that insurance agents “don’t make commissions” by a phone operator in billing. Okay yeah sure. I was born yesterday. At least that’s what GEICO thinks of me. I have all the screenshots and receipts. Do better. I think the integrity speaks as Denise has written herself a GREAT review. What the? Really?
This office is superb! They are so professional and informative especially Denise. She was very courteous and helpful. I would recommend and have referred others to contact this office for their insurance needs.
Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Setting up my policy I spoke with was a woman (not Lucy), can't remember her name ): who was so helpful and patient and helped me get better coverage than I initially planned for, without a huge price jump! Just called again to get help on my policy and Lucy Mendez was really helpful and nice too.
I recently switch my auto and home insurance to GEICO. I am very satisfied with the service, product and professionalism. My agent was Lucy Mendez and she was awesome. The ideal agent anyone would want to work with, knowledgeable and fast to respond. I had many question through out the day, she was very patient with me and clarify any question I had in timely manner. It was very smooth transaction. Not very helpful and they just want to push you out the door
My Gieco agent was Lucy Mendez and she was beyond fantastic! She diligently helped me with my auto insurance policy. Lucy explained everything in my policy to me, from the costs to the policy descriptions. She is truly an amazing agent and I will be contacting her personally for any future questions I may have. I've been a Gieco auto policy holder for years and I've never been disappointed with the service. I always recommend Gieco!
Luz was great to work with and did a wonderful job of paying attention to the details as I switched over from another competitor.
