I promised the cashier that I would write a review, they don't have any of the Samsung S Series phones at this specific location so I just got the A51 5g. Overall they are good, I was in and out really quickly and I was the only one in the store. The cashier was very helpful I didn't get her name but she was cute it was something like Paola

Poor customer service. Created a new account here and was told I had to get the 60 unlimited plan which is not what I wanted. Associate said that they "only" do 60 plans. She added insurance which I did not want, and they said I "have" to . I used to work for Metro by T-mobile and getting insurance is not required. Getting a certain plan is not required. Associate chose the account pin without informing me of what she had put in, when they should have asked me for what numbers I would like to use. Added on a case which I did not ask for. Unacceptable. Obviously, she cared more about getting her money instead of customizing and catering to the customer needs.

The owner dosen't know to talk, he is rude and unprofessional, he said he is the owner, if he lied, I'm sorry. The girls was nice everytime when I was is , but execly how I read in other reviews, they are great when they need to sell you something and when is about to help you with something, they don't care about you. Very poor customer service!

Jenna is awesome. I was having so many phone issues through other providers. My husband switched on the spot with her over the summer. Ive never even seen anyone else in the store. I came in unannounced today completely fed up with other providers and other stuff and jenna just knows what to do professionally with each issue. Even things what i assume shes supposed to not handle. She provided me with a perfect phone and plan at the best budget. Girlfriend deserves a raise. I even called in to her with a question and she remembered me from my voice. She even got me a cheaper phone, cheaper plan. Swamped with customers too. I never write reviews but jenna deserves this one. Go with willow grove metro and jenna!!

Went to the store, no welcome to MetroPCS, nothing. Waiting for over 30 minutes and then only to be asked the reason for my visit. Then I was told I must come back in 4 days when the supervisor is there because she does not know how to switch a phone over. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she said no. But she had the nerve to announce to the customers the former worker was a thief. Reported to the head office. She needs to go. No customer service and she does not know how to do anything but complain.

Worst customer service ever. Told to leave store and go to another. Refused to help or even bother to let me finish a sentence. The "new" manager is horrible.
