Was hanging out with moms. Not the 1st place I would go to for decor....but, I can't deny the craftsmanship of the pieces they have. Great furnishings for the home or gifts. Pleasant staff. Pricey but Quality
Going out of business but the staff are still nice and there are a few items left at decent prices.
Recently ordered an living room chair to be sent to this store on the last day of the Veteran's Day sale. I found out in a voicemail that they canceled the order since it was the floor model. Now, just a day later, I'm faced with paying 25% more and the "manager" I spoke with was less than accommodating. I feel like I should have been spoken to before my order was canceled rather than having the decision made for me. Not planning to give this location any more of my business.

I just visited the store, looking for a specific item. When I walked in I didn't get so much as a hello. There were two employees standing at the register talking. As I browsed, one employee walked near me for a few minutes holding a flower then walked to the vase it belonged in. I was never asked if I was looking for anything, by either employee, and I browsed a good 20 minutes. When I left I didn't receive a goodbye. While the store has beautiful merchandise, I will not be returning due to the poor customer service. These employees had no idea if I'm a secret shopper, from corporate, whereever. Just a small greeting would've made all the difference. Very disappointed.
