I love Starbucks and I never had a bad experience until today 5/9/21 @ willow grove mall. Everyone was great except the employee making the drinks were completely rude. When I informed her the drink was made wrong I asked if she could remake what I ordered and it was a bother for her as if I was asking her to do a task that is out of job description. She left a bad tast in my mouth willow grove location won’t be getting anymore of my money.

Can order from phone(mobile order). But time to get coffee was 15 mins after order was placed. Since it was buy one get one free, it worked out.

Bad service. Went to get my girlfriend a gift card. The line had approximately 15 customers waiting and 2 employees were standing around talking to one another. The girl that rang me up for the gift card first told me I couldn't use a debit card to purchase, but then she was informed I could. All in all a very unsatisfactory visit.

The cashier was nice but one lady who was making the drinks was so rude. She messed up my order and was very unprofessional. I asked someone else to make it and the issue was fixed.

Working in food & retail can be tough when dealing with attitudes from customers & when ppl don’t like the product they bought. Cashier, Cecile, did not let that take her positive attitude & smile from her face. Just coming on here to acknowledge great customer service!

I waited in line for almost 20 minutes after I paid for my drink. When my drink came to me, it was very apparent that the drink had overflowed the cup andt was a sticky and wet mess on the outside of the cup. They gave me the drink without wiping it down and it exploded everywhere. I understand that they were very busy, but their customer service and their attitude was not appealing to everyone waiting for over 10 minutes for a drink.
