Didn’t want to visit on a holiday, but the battery died on my phone, and the phone authenticates so many things, and I have class work to do! Apple store wouldn’t let me make appt in person, only online and that required the phone to authenticate! Yikes! Sean, Betsy, & Walley, at T-Mobile were friendly and helpful. *Sean was amazing and patient* especially, and got the phone miraculously working. *** Thank you so very much! ***
